Who would YOU be without that thought?
As I watched this today, it made me so sad since I believe that this train of thought is more common than we'd like to believe. It is sad, but beautiful once the beauty of The Work unfolds. May we all change our thinking and turn our thoughts around to love ourselves and one another in this new year.

That is so sad, yet I love how it ends
Thanks for sharing that Alicia.
That is so sad. Makes me want to be the best person I can be so that nobody ever feels that way when they are around me.

Amen!
I know I cried when I watched it because I think many people feel that way about other races. It was so beautifully resolved. I love Byron Katie.
Happy 2009!
So excited for the new year!
