One of the key ingredients to success with anything is focus and determination on what is you want to achieve. In one of my other videos I showed how to do headstands. In this video I wanted to demonstrate handstands and other inversions to show the focus and determination that is necessary to reach your goals. I spent plenty of time working on my inversions in my yoga practice and through trial and error I have succeeded in accomplishing my goals...something that I've also applied to my business ventures and business development as key components to my success.
